If you missed my last post with a time lapse video, it is when an artist takes photos of his or her work throughout the creative process and strings them together in a video so you can see the progression.
This one, by artist Maria Björnbom-Öberg, is a portrait of blogger Gala Darling. It’s interesting to me because she uses markers, not paint, to color the image and does so very realistically. You can see her switching colors frequently – a reminder that there is no one color or tone for skin that works magically. Skin has a lot of different tones that should all be shown!
